Expertise in Translation & Employment Services

Red Moose Translation & Employment Services is run by our in-house translator and employment strategist, Robert Kleemaier. Robert earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria (Political Science) and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (Translation), respectively. He spent the first couple of years working at translation agencies in the Netherlands, before embarking on a freelance career. That career change coincided with the fulfillment of the dream of Robert and his family to relocate to Canada.
As a solopreneur for more than 20 years, he has served thousands of clients and translated millions of words. A few years ago, the desire to focus on providing certified translations for clients willing to make the same jump to Canada started to manifest itself. Around the same time, several of Robert’s clients started requesting translations of their CVs for their job applications here in Canada. Recognizing this required much more than ‘just’ translation expertise, he took several post-graduate courses to earn his national certification in both resumé writing and job-interview coaching. More recently, Robert took this parallel career a step further by expanding his skill set to provide Canadians – naturalized and native-born – as well as newcomers to Canada with services in the field of LinkedIn-profile optimization and job-search support.
Aside from translation and employment services, Robert provides administrative support to his wife and business partner, Nicole Kleemaier-Raaijen, LLM, RCIC, at their parent company, Red Moose Immigration Services. By bundling their services, Robert and Nicole make it easier for their clients to submit properly completed visa applications and/or improve their chances of finding gainful employment here.
Whether you need to arrange for certified translations, have your CV converted, your resumé upgraded, your LinkedIn profile optimized, or to get ready for job interviews, contact Robert to help you achieve your Canadian dreams.
